Sucker Punch

What you need to know: A traumatized young girl escapes into an imaginary world where she must steal five objects before an evil man captures her.

What you 'll love

Visually arresting:
I fell safe in saying that this is the movies only strength, it is a beautifully filmed movies with striking images and striking women.

Eye Candy: If you're the kind of guy who rushes to the mailbox to check out the Victoria's Secrets catalog, this is the movie for you. If you've ever actually had a Girlfriend, no so much.

What you won't

Trite: The old saying about being a Xerox of a xerox of xerox, applies here. The whole movie is so overdone in all areas.

Character Development: They don't even try. They are selling T & A plain and simple.

Plot: My seven year old could have written a more complex plot. Their are literally five items written on a chalkboard and the women must find those items. There you have it folks the second and third acts of this movie.

Not Fun: A lot could be forgiven if this movie was fun, or so awful that is was entertaining. Instead I found myself bored to tears.

Bottom Line: Sucker Punch is the aborted brain child of the Matrix and Inception.

Grade: D
